Position

Technicalspecifications

·Minimum10+ years of experience asa Data Architect,withprovenexpertise in developing and implementing data strategies and data architecture design.

·Strong understanding of cloud-based data warehousing and lakehouse methodologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake and Databricks.

·Mandatory experience with: Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, PySpark.

·Thorough grasp of data governance and security principles, along with experience in data pipelinesandETL/ELTtools, includingADF/Synapse,dbt.

·Excellentcommunication,collaboration,andproblem-solvingskillsareessential.

·ProficiencyinPySparkorSQLlanguages, knowledgeof datapatterns, data modelling (both Dimensional and Data Vault), and product migration.

·Good tohave skillsincludedata visualization using PowerBI,Tableau

Responsibilities

·Developandimplementacomprehensivedatastrategyalignedwithbusinessobjectives.

·Designandarchitecta moderndataplatformusing cloudtechnologies (e.g.,AWS/Azure).

·Buildandmanageascalable,securedatawarehouseleveragingmodernsolutions,including implementing data ingestion pipelines for various sources.

·Implement CI/CDpipelinesfordatapipelinesand infrastructureusingDevOpstools and methodologies.

·Implementdatagovernanceand securitybestpractices toensuredataquality,compliance, and manage metadata.

·Collaborate withcross-functionalteamstounderstand data needs,developdata models,and build analytics tools for reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.

·Stayupdatedonemergingdata technologies,recommend innovations,and evaluate/recommend cloud data platforms.

·Manage and lead a team of data engineers, providing guidance, monitoring end-to-end operationalprocesses,andoverseeing thedevelopment andmaintenanceof datapipelinesto ensure quality, reliability, security, and scalability.

·Diagnosingexistingarchitectureanddata maturity,identifyinggaps,proposing solutions,and implementing dimensional modelling and business domain conversion/Data Vault design pattern.

RequiredSkillset:

·ETLorELT: Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks (Mandatory), AWSGlue/ADF/Synapse/Fivetran/dbt(Anyone- Mandatory).

·Data Warehousing: Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse or Azure Databricks - Mandatory; Snowflake, Azure SQL, Redshift – (Good to have).

·Cloud Experience: Azure (Mandatory), AWS (Secondary/Preferred)
