Position

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Senior Solutions Consultant/Architect based in Chennai. The AI Consultant/Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions and AI agent–based systems to support investment decisions and value-creation initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative, scalable, and impactful AI strategies, including agent-driven workflows and decision systems.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in AI architecture, solution design, development, and deployment
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, tools, frameworks, and AI agent architectures
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI agent–based systems, including task-oriented, tool-using, and multi-agent workflows
• Proficiency in data science and data engineering concepts and practices
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions in production environments
• Ability to architect end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion and preprocessing to agent orchestration, deployment, and monitoring
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience implementing both private (custom-built) and public (open-source/foundation) models and integrating them into agent-driven business workflows
• Experience with GenAI, conversational AI, intelligent automation, or decision intelligence is a plus
• Strong understanding of AI agent governance, including guardrails, access control, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Understanding of ethical AI principles, including fairness, transparency, explainability, and responsible agent behavior
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
• Prior experience in the private equity industry or exposure to commercial value-creation initiatives is an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development practices
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging AI and agentic system trends and technologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
