We work primarily with Private Equity Funds and their Portfolio Companies to create commercial value using Data and Artificial Intelligence. In addition, we also work with growth businesses, large corporates, multinationals, and charities.


We are headquartered in London with Offices in New York, London and Chennai. Our team of 450+ people is a unique blend of individuals with skills across commercial consulting, data science and software engineering.


We were founded by cousins Anush Newman (Co-founder & CEO) and Leo Valan (Co-founder & CTO) and have grown rapidly since 2019. In May 2023 we took a minority investment from Baird Capital and in January 2024 we opened an office in New York.


We have a global delivery model, which means that we staff our projects with talent from all our locations based on the specific combination of skills needed and we have a global resourcing team that drive this within the business.


Position

As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR and recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. This internship will provide you with handson experience in the field of recruitment, offering exposure to various aspects of the hiring process.


Requirements

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, ensuring they meet the required qualifications and skills.
  3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  4. Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates via email or phone, providing information about the interview process, status updates, and feedback.
  5. Job Posting: Create and post job listings on various job boards and our company website.


Qualifications:

  1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.) or recent graduate.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Enthusiasm for learning and a strong interest in recruitment and HR
