At JMAN, we are dedicated to promoting and supporting the health and well-being of our people. We recognize that for our teams to thrive, their mental health and overall well-being must be supported.

We have implemented a range of initiatives aimed at promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle for our employees, and we’re always listening to our team and looking for ways to improve these. We understand the importance of fostering a sense of connection and fun in the workplace, which is why we organize regular office activities throughout the year. We also have launched a Cycle-to-Work program to support physical health and promote green commuting.

We know the consulting industry can be tough at times and we’re a high-performance team. To help maintain a healthy work-life balance we monitor excessive working hours and intervene when we suspect that balance is compromised, actively encouraging those who are struggling to reach out for support and providing access to counseling and mental health resources. Our weekly team surveys added to one-to-one sessions across our development trees ensure we’re always communicating with our team to better understand challenges and find ways to support a healthy, balanced approach to work.

We also provide health and safety training as part of our onboarding to minimize any potential hazards and maintain a safe work environment. Our dedication to the health and wellbeing of our people is unwavering and we are committed to evolving our development resources to meet the ever-changing needs of our workforce – because we are a ‘force’ and we’re stronger when we’re all performing at our best.
