JMAN Group Announces New Chief People Officer
The appointment of ex-Waste Harmonics Keter and Coles Group executive Trish Unwin strengthens JMAN’s leadership team in our next phase of international growth.
July 2026
JMAN is very pleased to announce the appointment of Trish Unwin as Chief People Officer, strengthening our executive leadership team as we continue to scale globally.
Trish brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience spanning human resources, organisational effectiveness, business transformation and commercial growth across listed companies, private equity-backed organisations and multinational businesses.
JMAN is significantly expanding its international team, particularly in the US, as it responds to a surge in PE companies requiring AI and data services. In 2026 JMAN has delivered over 50% growth year-on-year, building on 42% recorded in 2025. It plans to grow its US operations to 74 members in the next 12 months up from 20 July 2025. JMAN was included in The Sunday Times 100 list of Britain’s fastest-growing private companies.
Trish joins JMAN from Waste Harmonics Keter, a TPG-backed managed services company, where she served as Chief People & Technology Officer, leading the group’s people, data and insights, marketing and legal functions during a period of significant transformation. Notably, during this time Trish engaged JMAN to help unlock insight and value across complex data, systems and operational environments, enabling more informed decision-making.
Prior to Waste Harmonics Keter, Trish spent more than seven years at Coles Group in a number of senior executive positions, including General Manager Emerging Businesses and General Manager Organisational Effectiveness. During her tenure, she established the Coles Wholesale Services business, which grew into an approximately $900 million AUD revenue business. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at Cleanaway, Australia Post and Mars across Australia and Southeast Asia and KPMG.
In her new role, Trish will lead JMAN’s global people strategy, focusing on developing the workforce capability, leadership strength and culture required to support the company’s continued growth while ensuring we remain an employer of choice for exceptional talent.
Trish Unwin, CPO of JMAN Group, said:
“What makes this move particularly special is that my introduction to JMAN was not as a candidate but rather a client. Working with the team during my last role, I saw first-hand the quality of the work, the calibre of the people and the way the team helped unlock insight and value in complex environments. It certainly left a lasting impression. I am therefore delighted to be joining at such an exciting stage in JMAN’s journey as it continues to grow its reputation as the leading data and AI consultancy for private equity.”

“JMAN group is experiencing a period of sustained substantial growth particularly in the US. This has been driven by our world-class team. To keep our momentum growing we need many more talented individuals to join us and Trish is ideally placed to play a major role in making this happen. As we know firsthand, Trish brings a wealth of experience in leading people, culture and organisational change across complex organisations coupled with data and technology experience makes her uniquely qualified to support the long-term success of JMAN. I’m delighted to welcome her to the team as we continue to accelerate our international expansion.”
