November 2025 — JMAN Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Sara Mackie as General Counsel.
Sara joins the rapidly expanding executive team to act as a strategic advisor to the Board, overseeing legal, governance, and risk mitigation as the company ramps up its global expansion.

Sara brings nearly two decades of senior legal experience, having driven complex legal functions across tech, media, and retail sectors. Her impressive background includes serving as General Counsel for the French Connection Group, Head of Legal at Rakuten, and most recently, playing a key role in the buy-out of Unilever’s Elida Beauty personal care division by Yellow Wood Partners LLC.

Sara’s substantial commercial expertise and regulatory knowledge will ensure JMAN’s crucial work in the data strategy space is supported by a first-class governance function as it capitalizes on the accelerating demand for actionable data strategies.
