About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Infrastructure Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our internal IT infrastructure requirements and clients with their data platform projects, leveraging your expertise in cloud architecture, security, networking, and multi-cloud/hybrid environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, design, and implement tailored solutions, and ensure successful project delivery, including seamless cloud migrations.

Technical specification:
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client data platforms, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, with a focus on cloud migration readiness.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based data platform solutions using leading technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive cloud migration plans, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  • Experience with containerization & cloud native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to manage cloud environments.
  • Configure and manage cloud infrastructure components, including networks, storage, and security services, across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Implement strong security measures throughout the data platform and migration process to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards like ISO.
  • Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the data platform with existing systems, considering any migration impacts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the data platform and cloud migrations.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, data platforms, security, and cloud migrations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation to clients, clearly explaining migration strategies and benefits.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand business requirements and data models, determine implementation strategy, and translate into code that confirms to best practices and standards.
  • Capable of comprehending business requirements and providing a clear perspective on operational updates, as well as addressing client inquiries.
  • To comply with coding standards and ensure the creation of test cases/queries/validations for all developed features.
  • To create and design test cases and data validation for Layer-wise operational process.
  • Ability to handle a small team to manage projects involving data validation and transition process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
Required Skillset:
Primary Skillset:
  • Cloud based platform AWS, Azure, GCP (Multi-Cloud experience)
  • Containerization & cloud native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Similar tools)
  • Working experience with Infrastructure as a code (Terraform, Similar tools)
