Movember 2025 at JMAN is all about moving, connecting, and making a difference. Throughout November, we’re hosting a series of activities to raise awareness and funds for men’s health – from mental wellbeing to physical fitness. Whether you’re joining a discussion, taking part in a challenge, or sporting a moustache, every action counts. Together, let’s spark conversations, support each other, and drive change for a healthier future.

This year, we’re aiming to raise £2,000, and we’ve got some exciting activities planned to help us get there:

• Mo’ Than Words: Opening up conversations that matter; a safe space to talk mental health at work.
• Moustache Challenge: Our colleagues will grow their Movember manes with pride and purpose!
• Car Boot Sale: Our team will declutter for a cause. Items brought in will be sold or swapped throughout the month with any unsold items being donated to charity.
• Padel Tournament: Some friendly competition with all proceeds donated to charity.
• Pub Quiz: An evening of brains and banter to raise money to donate.
• Strava Move Challenge: JMANintes will track their moves on Strava and keep the momentum going.
• Bake Sale: A charity bake sale exclusively for JMANites, with all proceeds going to supporting men’s health. 

We’re committed to raising as much as we can to fund life-saving health projects and spark meaningful conversations around men’s health.

On average, men are dying 4.5 years earlier than women – largely due to preventable reasons. We’re committed to changing this for our dads, grandads, partners, brothers, sons, friends and colleagues. • Bake Sale & Quiz Night: Exclusively for JMANites, we’re hosting a charity bake sale, with all proceeds going to supporting men’s health. We’ll wrap up Movember with a lively trivia night!
• Mindfulness & Meditation Sessions: Our team in Chennai will participate in sessions to enhance mental well-being.
