Sara brings nearly two decades of senior legal experience, having driven complex legal functions across tech, media, and retail sectors. Her impressive background includes serving as General Counsel for the French Connection Group, Head of Legal at Rakuten, and most recently, playing a key role in the buy-out of Unilever’s Elida Beauty personal care division by Yellow Wood Partners LLC.

Sara’s substantial commercial expertise and regulatory knowledge will ensure JMAN’s crucial work in the data strategy space is supported by a first-class governance function as it capitalizes on the accelerating demand for actionable data strategies.

November 2025 — JMAN Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Daniel Ferguson as an Associate Partner, reinforcing the firm’s capability to deliver world-class data-driven solutions. 

Daniel Ferguson is a seasoned data and technology leader with over a decade in analytics, data strategy and digital transformation. He most recently served as Commercial Excellence Director at Enhesa, a leading compliance partner for global multinationals. Daniel is also the founder of Ferguson EQ, a consultancy supporting start-ups and scale-ups in delivering scalable cloud-based data and technology solutions. 

In his new role, Daniel will work closely with client teams and JMAN leadership to enhance strategic advisory and operational delivery, helping private equity firms and their portfolio companies unlock value through smarter, data-led decisions.

October 2025 — JMAN Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Kaushik Perinkulam Ravi as Chief of Staff to the CTO. This newly created role reinforces our commitment to being the leader in data-driven value creation.

Kaushik brings extensive experience in the data and analytics industry, having spent close to two decades leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes. At consultancies such as Cognizant and Agilisium, an emerging life-science focused data analytics firm, Kaushik played a pivotal role in shaping large-scale data modernization initiatives and leading cross-functional teams across cloud and data transformation.

More recently, he co-founded TODAC, a management consulting and advisory firm. At TODAC, Kaushik helped high-growth technology businesses sharpen their investor strategy, business planning, technology roadmap, go-to-market execution and operational excellence.

In his new role, Kaushik will work closely with JMAN’s CTO and co-founder Leo Valan to drive strategic planning and operational execution of its data and AI offerings. He will focus on aligning technology goals with client needs and fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Kaushik says:

LONDON, September 12, 2024 — JMAN Group the leading commercial data partner for private equity funds and their portfolio companies, has announced the appointment of Natalie Cramp to the Senior Leadership team to help shape and drive their global delivery model and develop innovative solutions for their clients to enable them to maximize the potential of data and AI in this rapidly evolving field.  

Natalie brings more than 15 years’ experience in leading private, public and third sector organizations through significant periods of innovation and change. She joins JMAN after five years of leading a data and AI consultancy. She is particularly passionate about the people elements of transformation, and how to help business leaders navigate the data and AI landscape and maximize its potential, as such she’s also a regular speaker for Vistage, delivering training to C-suite leaders in understanding how to create value from data and AI for their business. A recognized leader in the data field, Natalie’s been named in the Tech Women Celebration 50, the Twenty in Data and Tech 2023, and the Data IQ 100 multiple times. She takes an active role in the data community, chairing a cross-industry Data Ethics Advisory Board, chairing Women in Data^®’s Women’s Health work and as a member of the Mayor’s Data for London Advisory Board. Natalie’s career as a problem solver has seen her on both client and consultancy side and as part of the team rapidly scaling organizations including the London 2012 Olympics.

LONDON, June 13, 2024 — JMAN Group, a leading commercial data partner for private equity funds and their portfolio companies, has announced the appointment of Jamie Denison-Pender to the Board of Directors to help shape and drive JMAN’s value creation plan (VCP).

Following a minority investment from Baird Capital, Jamie became a Non-Executive Director at JMAN Group. At JMAN, he supports the founders and management team to execute on the VCP, enhance the value proposition, access new markets and scale their critical infrastructure.

Jamie founded Prescient Healthcare Group in 2007 and was CEO until the end of 2022. Under his leadership Prescient grew to become a leading biopharma product and portfolio strategy firm with ~450 employees in offices across the US, Europe and Asia. He successfully led the business through an MBO, two PE events and a tuck in acquisition. By the time he stood down as CEO, Prescient had partnered with nearly 70 biopharma organizations, more than 250 assets and brands and functional leaders across a variety of fields including: CI, medical affairs, clinical development, early commercial, global marketing and market research. The business grew every year and delivered more than 20 quarters of consecutive growth under PE ownership. Baird Capital held Prescient for three and a half years before selling to Bridgepoint Development Capital in early 2021 delivering exceptional shareholder returns.
